Brett Walker grew up in Kaysville, UT where he graduate from Davis High School and served a Spanish speaking Mission in Massachusetts. He graduated from Weber State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice, minoring in sociology.
During his undergraduate studies, Brett worked as a direct care staff with a youth program. This experience led Brett to obtaining a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix to become a Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
Brett began working with a broad spectrum of clients that included adults, couples, adolescents and children with a variety of mental health disorders. Throughout Brett’s career he has worked with adults and adolescents dealing with unresolved trauma and abuse, sexual offenses, behavioral and emotional dysregulation, addictions, mood disorders and other psychiatric disorders.
Brett has specialized experience working with pornography and sexual addictions facilitating multiple therapy groups and individual therapy for sexual addicts and their spouses. Brett loves the Utah landscape and enjoys exploring Utah’s outdoors with his three daughters. Brett enjoys fly-fishing, skiing, riding his motorcycle, golfing, scuba diving, camping, and UTV adventures.
