Forrest specializes in working with youth and adolescents as well as gay and bisexual members of the Church. He also has advanced training in trauma processing, specifically for those without memory of the event(s) but still exhibiting trauma symptoms.
When he’s not working, Forrest enjoys singing karaoke to 80s power ballads and spending time with his family. In high school he swam and ran cross country. Now, he also enjoys yoga, hiking, art shows, reading, and writing. If you’re interested, you can read his blog posts.
