WORTH is a Christ-centered support and training program for women healing from betrayal trauma caused by a spouse’s sexual misbehavior. It offers tools, connection, and gospel-based strength for rebuilding confidence and peace.

WORTH is a hybrid: it combines the validation and community of a support group with principles-based training from betrayal trauma and recovery specialists. It is not clinical therapy, though many participants find it highly therapeutic.

Betrayal trauma happens when someone you deeply trust—often a spouse—violates core relationship boundaries, especially involving infidelity or pornography use. The emotional, spiritual, and physical fallout is real and intense. WORTH provides a space to process that safely.

No. You only share what you feel comfortable sharing. Many women begin by just listening and find healing in the validation and examples shared by others.

Meetings are weekly (via Zoom) and include check-ins, spiritual insights, emotional skill-building, and open sharing. Each group is led by a certified betrayal trauma coach who’s walked this path herself.

Topics include boundaries, self-worth, trauma responses, communication, healthy detachment, rebuilding trust (with or without the spouse), and connecting with God again.

Not at all. WORTH is for all women healing from betrayal—whether staying, unsure, or separated/divorced. The focus is your healing, not the marriage outcome.

Very. WORTH is rooted in LDS faith principles and the power of Jesus Christ. You don’t need perfect testimony—just a desire to heal through divine help.

No. You will be supported, not pushed. WORTH honors your agency and encourages clarity through spiritual confirmation and personal growth.

Yes. Your healing is not dependent on his participation. Many women start WORTH long before their spouse chooses to change.

That’s exactly why WORTH exists. You are not broken—you are wounded. And wounds can heal, especially in safe, Christ-led spaces like this one.
